Every Smilogy custom mouthguard starts with a digital scan of your teeth – either at one of our on-site club scan days or from your saved scan if you’ve been fitted before. There’s no goopy putty tray and no guesswork: the scan captures the exact shape of your bite, so your custom mouthguard fits from the moment it arrives.
From your scan, we manufacture your mouthguard in our Sydney lab in your choice of protection level – kids’ single-layer, standard double-layer, or pro triple-layer for higher-contact sport – with your club colours, name or initials if you’d like them. It’s delivered in 5–10 working days, and if it doesn’t fit, we reprint it at no charge.
Rinse your mouthguard after every use and store it in a vented case, away from heat – hot cars and direct sun can warp the fit. Most players get 1–2 seasons from a mouthguard before it needs replacing as their bite changes or the guard wears down.
