We understand that as a parent, your number one goal is keeping your kids safe. They’re young, fearless and full of energy – they like to keep you on your toes.
No matter their age, you don’t want them getting bumped and bruised playing sports. Mouthguards are essential when playing rough to help avoid damage to their mouths and faces, which could potentially be life-altering.
We know you want to protect their smile – there’s nothing quite like it.
why choose smilogy?
Are you used to “boil and bite” mouthguards sold at your local pharmacy? It may surprise you to learn that these are not recommended by the Australian Dental Association (ADA). This is because they do not protect properly, they affect speech, and they can even affect breathing.
We know that’s not good enough for the average parent, which is why smilogy custom mouthguards are designed for strong impact protection.
We use our “scan, create, and protect” method to make our Australian made mouthguards.
A 3D scan of your child’s teeth is used to mould the mouthguard to their smile. Fitting closely over each tooth, it lets your young athlete breathe, speak and play comfortably. In more good news, smilogy mouthguards are comfortable and easy to put on, so they’re more likely to actually wear them.
fully customisable
Kids often won’t wear something they don’t like. Luckily, the smilogy mouthguards are fully customisable – so not only are they made to fit, they’re on-trend as well.
Your child can choose a mouthguard that reflects their personality. We can create their mouthguard in their favourite colours or even the team colours, it’s totally up to them.
There’s peace of mind for you as well. We will print your name and phone number inside the mouthguard so that if they leave it behind somewhere, the person finding it can reach you.
Don’t worry – if nobody finds it, we can reprint for a small fee, providing it’s been less than a year. Otherwise, it’s time to get a new one.
