Your nerves can then become overly sensitive.<\/p>\n<p>We won\u2019t go into too much detail, but it\u2019s typically something to do with your smile\u2019s anatomy and the exposure of something called dentine.<\/p>\n<h2>what causes sensitive teeth?<\/h2>\n<p>Teeth sensitivity is sometimes known as dentine hypersensitivity or simply nerve irritation.
